Uniform

Appropriate clothing is an important aspect of dance training, for two reasons:
Firstly, a uniform or leotard allows the teacher to see a student’s body properly, and to better correct and improve their technique.

Secondly, the uniform / leotard allows the student complete freedom of movement, unimpeded by in restrictive clothing.
We recommend that pink tights are worn on cooler days. All these items can be purchased from NSDS here
Grooming is important. All students must have their hair tied back from the face.
A bun would be preferred, particularly for older students.
