Suitable for all levels, it’s a fantastic complement to ballet training and enhances overall body awareness and control.

Pilates/Reformer
We also offer Pilates classes, including Reformer Pilates, to support and strengthen dancers’ bodies. Pilates is excellent for building core strength, improving flexibility, enhancing posture, and preventing injuries. Our Reformer sessions add resistance-based training for deeper muscle engagement and control. Suitable for all levels, these classes are a valuable complement to any dance or fitness routine.
